Terms of Service
By subscribing, the customer agrees: (1) to use messaging channels in line with Meta's policies (user opt-in, no spam); (2) that AI assistant replies are generated automatically and may require human supervision; (3) that plans carry monthly usage limits per the contracted tier, and that any per-message fees Meta charges to the customer's WhatsApp number are separate from this subscription; (4) that the service is billed as a monthly subscription (Stripe) or monthly payment (Payphone) and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the paid period.
The service is provided "as is", with a reasonable availability target and daily backups. Contact: info@acrosscloud.tech.
