Privacy Policy
Across Cloud LLC ("we") operates this AI chatbot service for WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and web chat.
Data we process. (a) Customer business data: name, contact email, country, website and documents uploaded to train their assistant. (b) Conversations between businesses and their end users, including contact details the end user shares voluntarily (name, phone, email) and appointments they book.
Why we use it. Solely to provide the service: answer messages, qualify leads, book appointments, hand conversations off to human agents, sync with the CRM the customer connects, and produce usage metrics. We never sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Providers. Cloud infrastructure (Hetzner, EU), AI APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google — none train their models on this data), Meta's messaging APIs, and Stripe or Payphone for payments (we store no card data).
Retention and rights. Conversations are kept while the customer keeps their account. Anyone may request access, correction or deletion of their data by writing to privacidad@acrosscloud.tech.
